The
Monochromator
The monochromator is a tunable light source that delivers a range of white light to the device under test. It grants the user the ability to fine-tune the wavelength of light and deliver a wavelength that maximizes the thermoreflectance response for the materials under test. Since the
Multi-Wavelength LED Illuminator
The Multi-Wavelength LED Illuminator (MWL) projects up to 12 different LED wavelengths, defined by the customer and delivered via an SMA optical fiber port. Use the intuitive interface to switch between the different wavelengths, ranging from near-UV to near-IR. The MWL can be used with
Multi-LED Illuminator
The Multi-LED Illuminator (MLI) is a rack-mounted enclosure that contains up to 16 different LED emitters. The MLI provides a range of wavelengths of light to the Measurement Head, delivered by an optical fiber. The number of LED emitters and the wavelengths included are customizable, ranging from 365 nm to 850 nm. The MLI can be used for both steady-state and transient measurements and is ideal for test samples that contain multiple materials within the field of view.
