T ransoViewer
The user interface of the Transometer thermoreflectance metrology system enables the analyst to fully visualize results and analyze acquired data, without any additional programs. However, TMX Scientific developed a powerful companion software application named TransoViewer™, which allows the user to perform data analysis and visualization on a separate personal computer. TransoViewer is included with each Transometer purchase. The TransoViewer interface replicates that of the Transometer, ensuring a straightforward transition between programs. With TransoViewer, easily browse through directories of saved data acquisition files, load a file into the application, and perform fitting procedures for a given sample structure. TransoViewer also displays the file’s acquisition settings and allows the user to export the fitting procedure results in multiple formats.
